Happy with purchase
Awesome little acupressure mat, identical to the mat costing a few hundred dollars. Hurts at first, but definitely brings pain relief to my back. Also really liked the shape of the pillow, vs the half circle shape offered with other mats on amazon

Wasn't sure what to expect
I wasn't sure what to expect, so I wanted to give this a chance before reviewing. I recieved this yesterday from Amazon. I have used it two days now. The first day I was able to stay on it with a light shirt for 30 minutes. It was uncomfortable at first, but after maybe 5 - 10 minutes it was tolerable. I didn't have a light shirt on my neck and found the pillow very uncomfortable the first day. Today is day 2. I used it again with a light shirt and put a light scarf around my neck today. It was so easy today and actually felt pretty amazing. I'm surprised really. I feel more energetic in just one day, I hope it helps with sleep and pain today. I'm going to use it once again before bedtime to get more benefits from it. I have been using it on my back, but tonight I. will be using it on my bottom for my sciatic pain. So far, I really like this strange new way to feel great.

Back relief
It took me a few times to figure out how exactly to get on and off without hurting myself ( now I just roll off) After 3 20 minute sessions it got easier and more tolerable. I noticed my back responding in a positive way ( stimulating the blood flow) Yes I would recommend, I use it every day, I feel it helps my back

Don’t waste your money
I’m not ‘tough’ or into pain. Both my husband and I could stand on it, and didn’t find much pressure. Get a professional massage or acupuncture instead.
