Can you use these for sachets for dresser drawers & closets?

Not really. There isn’t enough of them in each packet plus the one I bought had almost no smell.

Can I use these to fill rings/finger jewelry made with epoxy resin? a. are flowers small enough, and b. are they heavy enough not to float to surface?

A) Most in this package in my opinion would be too big for jewelry. These flowers are beautiful and intact but good size. B) I do not know the answer but in my hand they feel light.

Do they all sink to the bottom or will they float at different levels?

They will mostly float to the top if super light weight
