Belife Replacement Adapter Original Factory Charger for BVC12/BVC11/BVC-V11/BVC11A/BVC11B/BVC11C Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

I misplaced the charger to my vacuum while moving, after reaching out to customer service they sent me a direct link to reorder a charger. Obviously the charger works and customer service was so easy to talk to!!

Better than what I had before.

Last year I bought there be life, cordless vacuum cleaner and the thought that had battery issues, the company was amazing. They have now sent out 2 replacement battery. Is, when I got the second one I decided maybe it wasn't the battery. And when ahead and bought the actual replacement charger. Turns out it was very much the charger.And even though I have other chargers that Fit it and work, it did not work for these particular batteries. It has to be this charger. Do I wish the battery was more compatible with other chargers, of course, but this company has given 10 out of 10 customer service and I appreciate that there's finally a resolution because I love my vacuum.

I order this so I cud have both batteries charging at all times. I hv a lot rooms n ten one battery was not enough to finish the whole house. I wud hv to wait to charge the 2nd battery to finish vacuuming all the rooms. Now I don’t hv too
