This is an unbaised for the product agaro supreme plus. The pressure washer was working fine for 11 months and it stopped working just before a month before the warranty due date. So I reached out to technical support team and their response was quick and they resolved my issue. They sent the spare part which was required and sent a technician to my location and got the issue fixed within 7 days. I would like to thank Kaushik for his quick response and valueable support.

Really good product, worth buying the product. But the foaming attachment should have been of a better quality. And one thing we'll have to keep in mind is that we will have have to frequently use the machine or else they'll be salt accumulation inside the machine.The service was decent only one suggestion that the service executives responds to our calls little sooner, and special mention to Kaushik he assisted we'll incase we need any explanation and any assistance regarding the product usage.

I bought the Agaro Supreme Plus pressure washer just to wash my motorcycle, using it less than 15 times over the last 5 months for 10-15 minutes each time. After 5 months use on 15 December i encountered serious issue when I turned it on the pressure washer started making excessive noise, vibrating more than usual, and was running continuously without pressing the gun. The water pressure was also very low. It worked fine the last time I used it, about 3 weeks prior to the issue. I thought it was an air block, so I spent an hour trying to pump water in to remove the air, but the problem persisted.I raised complaint by submitting the product details, invoice, and a 15-second video of the problem. I was told the issue would be resolved in 3 to 5 business days, but it ended up taking 17 days in total. Over the next 3 days, I received calls from 2-3 different agents asking me to resend the same 30-second video, stating the problem in the video and share it via WhatsApp. After that, I was told a technician would contact me and schedule a visit.Five days later, I followed up was informed the replacement is pending for approval. However, the approval dragged on for 10 more days. I called every day, and some agents told we will highlight the issue and some told it would take time. On the 12th day, I became more assertive and the agent told me the service person for my product SUBHAJIT, would contact me within 10 minutes. However, no one reached out, but to my surprise, the replacement was approved shortly afterThe replacement unit was shipped on 13th day, and my old pressure washer was picked up 15 days after I initially raised the complaint. Recieved the replacement product after 17 days and it appears to be brand new product.Product has good water pressure and works well, but if it sucks in air—which happens more when the inlet pipe is dipped in bucket instead of connecting to tap —it causes loud noise and vibrates, continuously runs even without pressing the gun. To fix this, need to take out the outlet pipe and run the machine with only inlet to clear the airlock—such a pain! There should be a simpler way to get rid of the air and turn off automatically if the air is intaken instead of running continuously and making huge noise and vibration.But I'm concerned about its durability and long-term reliability given the sudden failure with just 12-15 uses. I’m also not confident about how long the replacement will last.The warranty and approval process is tedious and takes a lot of time requiring multiple calls and resubmissions of the same details and videos. Unless you're very persistent, the replacement could be delayed for weeks. I'll update my review if I face any issues with the replacement unit.Got the replacement unit delivered in January 2025 and even this Replacement unit stopped working in July 2025 after about 6 months i am facing the same issue again. Just waste of money spending 5k for the machine that works only for 6 months that too with just using it for once or twice in a month

Using this pressure washer since 10months, it's very good for home use like car, bike and terrace or parking surface wash. Worth buying..

I taken this item since 10 months but I got a problem for pressure issue after 10 months I call the customer care they provide the spare part then I fix the spare parts my machine is very well working thank you agaro your service is very good thanks a lot

My water pressure is not working. I have the complaint to Agaro service. My Karan will coordinate with me and guide me on how to use the water pressure. Then I received a new product within 5 to 6 days. Thanks for Agaro service! 😊

Good product.. Used 2 times after got the package.. Washed the car for 15 min.. Pressure is good, very low noise. But but the main issue is motor is get very hot after15 min use. It takes at least 45 minutes for the motor to cool down. Other than that, all features are okay.
