When ordering this I was most curious about how strong the scent might be. Menthol does a great job at providing warmth (or ‘cold’ heat), but sometimes the scent can be overwhelming. I have used this on my feet (well, mostly one foot) as I have terrible arch pain, mostly likely due to over-exercising. The cream goes on well and absorbs pretty quickly without leaving a greasy feeling. As for the scent - you can smell the menthol, but it is pretty faint and certainly doesn’t “scream” menthol rub like most do! It provides a soothing warmth - and I would distinguish this from the ‘icy hot’ feeling that others tend to give. It feels stimulating and relaxing. As for pain, it helped my foot, but not as much as some other things I have tried. I think this is probably better suited for muscles, and in particular, larger muscle groups such as calves, quads, etc. Overall not bad though!

I used this cream on my knees and feet in the morning and then when I returned home after a lot of walking. It readily absorbs into the skin and is not greasy or sticky. There is a strong odor of menthol but not so overpowering that you smell terrible. I found it to be cooling (probably due to the menthol) and about 80% effective in decreasing the moderate stiffness and aches at the joints.

This works similarly as many other pain relief creams. Where it stands out to me is the smell, or lack of it. There is a milder smell compared to other menthol pain relief creams. I still feel the cold/hot as I get from others.

I get really tired after spending a full day at work as a teacher on my feet. So after a day at work, my fiancé rubs my feet with this pain relief cream and it helps me feel better. I really like the menthol-y smell, I find it incredibly soothing.

Tried this pain relief cream on my bum hip. I definitely noticed some relief. The menthol isn’t overpowering (which I greatly appreciate) and the cream absorbed into my skin quickly.

Smells great, feels great! Goes on smooth! No tacky or greasy feeling after application! Menthol smell is light and not overwhelming! Slight warming sensation! Bottle arrived sealed! Works great! Highly recommend!

I'm happy to find that this does help with a lot of things not just joint swelling also works for sore muscles, and minor aches and pains.
