Q: What size listed corresponds to a 37.5 and 38?

I know 35 is size 5 and 35.5 is size 5.5 for a fact because I tried these shoes on. So correspondingly 37.5 is like 7.5 and 38 is like 8.

Q: Imported from where? Where are the shoes made?

They are not made in China, they are made in Italy, and they run about half size too small, so order up. They will not fit a wide foot

Q: My foot measures a little over 8". I read these run small and that you should order the next size up. I'm usually a 6; order a 7?

I usually wear a 6.5 in casual (Nike, Teva sandal), but usually a 7 in a pump/heel. I have three pairs of SJP's shoes: all size 7... Perfect fit. Whatever you normally wear in pump/heel, order that and you should be fine. Love these shoes!
