Cannot live without this stuff! It’s so hydrating. I’ve tried the golden cherry, tangerine, and firecracker pop flavored. They are all taste so good! I wanted something grape Gatorade tasting so I decided to try this one. It’s my favorite so far, second time I’ve ordered this flavor. Dissolves really well. A bit expensive but worth the price for the hydration you get compared to Gatorade or Pedialyte. This stuff is my go to as I don’t always drink enough water and can feel the dehydration. Especially good for when you’re sick or had a few drinks. This grape flavor is really really good. Not overpowering. Definitely recommend!

Love so many flavors. Great product. Good clean taste. Good idea to keep some in the with your medicine. Great for migraines or to rehydrate due to the flu.

It became apparent to me that I needed to balance out my electrolytes. Cancer treatment nearly 2 decades ago had left me in a bad place, physically. (Though alive against all odds, I might add.) A friend recommended Liquid IV and warned me that its combination of salty and sweet might take some getting used to. At normal room temperature, she's right. But when I mixed it over ice, YUM! It tastes just right. Now I drink one glassful every afternoon. And it does seem to be helping boost my physical endurance a bit, which is very encouraging.

I have reviewed the Lemon Lime flavored version of this product and it is much better tasting than the grape flavored version. I drink this sparingly because it has a lot of salt in each packet. 500mg is just a lot of sodium for a lot of people. It does help with leg cramping and muscle cramps in the legs and even toes. I’m still on the fence about how much sodium each packet of this has in a single serving. It’s 1/4 of most people’s recommended daily intake. I also take potassium supplements for the same reason, but you can also take too much potassium that is harmful for your health. I drink this maybe once a week, but I will not buy the other flavors after the grape. It’s like drinking grape cool aid made with sea water. The lemon lime taste better. I noticed that this is also now available already mixed in a can in some of the convenience stores locally, but I haven’t tried it yet. I can’t say this doesn’t stop me from having leg cramps, but if you’re on a low sodium diet, you should probably stay away from this product. I take ADHD medication and it has destroyed my bodies chemistry as I eat a lot of junk food and drink only water, no sodas. But the meds have depleted my body of some of the necessary nutrients that I don’t get when I don’t eat like I should. I use to take a daily dose of supplements and I slowly have stopped taking them because they are either not available and the pandemic really had an impact on my nutrition, but now I’m getting more nutrients from food that I should be eating and I still have leg cramps in the morning that are so bad I just get up. This product has helped with the cramping, but I still feel like I should be able to find something that works as well, but without the high sodium content.

Love having a product that has a fun flavor and recharges the body with electrolytes! I sent this to my adult daughter who is a new mother. She loves grape flavor and this product beats run of the mill grape drinks. I buy liquid IV for my husband who works in Texas heat. Staple in our household.

Life changing !! I had kept my eye on this for quite a while, being that I live on an island in southwest Florida and deal with constantly being exhausted, and I bartend at night nights. I received one of these in a gift bag at a wedding and I immediately stole everyone else’s! Since that day (New Year’s Eve 2023) I have used LIQUID IV at least once a day! I suffer from horrible migraines and when there are sometimes two or three days when I can’t eat anything I live on this and it makes me not completely depleted when I finally am able to eat again!! Dissolve super easily taste absolutely delicious this flavor and the watermelon are my favorite! I just pour it in a 40 ounce Stanley or in a big yeti and it dissolves immediately taste delicious! They’re definitely is a lot of sugar in these and I tried the sugar-free one and I try to drink that at night (I drank a lot of water while I sleep or I guess I’m trying to sleep lol so using the sugar-free version of this helps me wake up feeling much better than usual! I drink this regular one during the night also but I’ve tried to do the sugar for you to see if I sleep better!! I always have two packets of this with me in my purse as it’s super easy, especially when I’m hungry and I have tons of few allergies!!

It definitely motivates me to drink more water.
