INFINITE STRATOS: SEASON 1

One of my favorite harem anime the situations the mc gets in constantly have me laughing and the girls are crazy

The case was pretty badly damaged. The disc's seem to be fine though, however it is incredibly inconvenient to return the item because of this when they should simply send over a replacement Blu Ray casing.

I'm not one for Anime like Gundom or most Anime that involve mobile suite machinery mechanicisms used for battle. Big-O was ok I felt and this Anime Infinite Stratos I feel falls on the same wave length of my tastes. This show does have sexual undertones but no nudity. I'm not a fan of nudity in my Anime or hypersexual tones or even moderate sexual undertones, both including and not including nudity, but this show is very minimal on this aspect which is why I can tolerate it. I prefer more bloody and gory Anime more along the lines of AKIRA, Princess Monoke, Attack on Titan, ect. This does not display any graphic blood or gore, not even in a Dragon Ball Z aspect. Yet I some what enjoy it. Any recommendations for bloody, gory Anime like Attack on Titan or AKIRA and so on would be very appreciated. I'm very inexperienced with the Anime genre but appreciate any and all recommendations for bloody and/or gory Anime.

Ichika is the only male in the world who is able to pilot an Infinite Stratos. The exoskeleton-style frame is usually restricted to women only, and most of the operators are centered in an academy where they are taught to use their frames. Now Ichika needs to deal with life in an all-girls school with many childhood friends and others who don't know if they want to kiss him or kill him.The series is an okay harem anime with some nice plot moments when it gets around to it. It's similar to Strike Witches in tone and style, but with slightly softer edges. The one problem I had with it was that it's dub-only, and the dub changes the way the characters are portrayed. Charles is much worse, because the Japanese actress made him gentle, while the American one with their deeper voice and accent doesn't do this. Cecilia is deeper, while Houki is actually lighter, and sounds more like a normal girl and less like the samurai-style woman she comes across. It's enough to be noticeable, and I wish Amazon would allow both subs and dubs on a single purchase, or at least the option to buy one version over the other.Other than that, Infinite Stratos is a decent guilty pleasure. Not good if you want a serious mecha tale but not bad at all for a harem anime.

Awesome show and interesting story. When watching you have to remember the characters are freshmen in High School, that explains why they act the way they do (feelings and responses). Character development is quick and doesn't bog down the story. Plot lines and fight sequences take up maybe 2 episodes which is far better than the Bleach anime when 1 battle between 2 powerhouses took up to 4 episodes.I was thinking if the characters or setting was college it would make more sense to use such dangerous machinery instead of having hormonal teens operate the advanced flying power suits. That said, the show is still great, check it out for yourself!

I loved it, laughed through most of it, but I'm rating 4 stars because it felt rushed to me, through out the season but also the end. It also feels lacking in character depth, (why doesnt he remember the past well, not every character needs a tragic back story but can they have one beyond 'I'm a humorous filler love interest') and on a personal note I wish Charlotte had been given smaller breasts. No way would a tiny bandeau hide those so well, hips non withstanding. And why does the oblivious boy always end up with the oldest childhood friend?

I bought the Amazon online stream because it was cheeper. I love it, hope there is another season. The only problem was non of the episodes were in order. I had to google it to get the correct order but I loved it so much that even thought I was lost at first (episode 1 is really episode 5) I watched the whole thing with out getting upset. There is a little fan fare but great music, great artwork and color, very upbeet and frendliy. Boy go's to all girl (Special) school, has tone of girls fall for him, reunites with several best freinds (all very cute and hot girls) from years ago, you have some kind of Mech tech that is being used, boy is cluless to girls feelings (but a good guy). What is not to love.

Loved the anime and story infinite stratos well worth a watch
