Runs a little small
Good gloves, similar to other cut-resistant gloves I've had. It does a good job of protecting my fingers, and I've used it a number of times with my mandolin. Almost cut the tip of a finger off slicing vegetables so decided to get these. No accidents to truly test it, but I have been able to push and pull stuck vegetable pieces from around the razor blade without fear of hurting myself. This runs a little small. I got a Large, but could have used an XL. For reference, my hand is 8" from the base of my palm to the tip of my middle finger.

Keep hands safe
These gloves work great. They keep my fingers safe from skin getting cut while grating cheese, etc. They wash well.I am very happy with these gloves.

Run small
My wife got a nasty cut a few days ago cutting up an apple. Thought about sending for a mandaline, but she sez we have too much stuff already. I noticed that the mandalines come with cut resistant gloves. Why not just order the gloves? Problem solved! Level 5 cut resistant gloves provide very high cut protection, ideal for tasks such as handling glass, sharp steel, meat processing, chainsaws, axes, and rotary cutters. Our hands are about the same size. Mine are small, her's are large. Many reviews said these run small so I ordered large. What they sent was labeled X-large. Figured I'd need to send them back and re-order, but no, they fit okay, a little snug. Large would never have worked.
