I was so excited to receive this, and it didn't disappoint! I do a lot of hiking so having something to carry the necessities is important. What I love about this pack is that it is so lightweight and compact. I don't feel like I'm lugging around some bulky backpack that's weighing me down. This thing is small and compact and moves with you comfortably. Lot's of little pockets for different items (chapstick, keys, my knife, and let's not forget gummy worms: the true necessity). Also super nice it comes with a 2L bladder; I already had one, but with the insulated hose this is definitely the one I'll use from now on. Overall great item especially for this price!

I bought 4 of these for myself, husband and our 2 kids, ages 7 and 5. The straps were easily adjusted to fit all of us well. The water bladders did not leak and were easy to assemble. You just need to make sure the cap and straw are properly attached so they don't leak. Cleaning them was easy, but drying them thoroughly took some time. With the water chamber completely filled, there is not a lot of extra space in the backpack but, there was enough room for what we needed for a day of hiking.

This hydration pack is just what I needed. I don't have to spend $100+ dollars on a backpack! It has a BPA free 2L bladder with an insulated hose to keep the water cool. I love the pockets on the side, lots of room for my phone, keys.. etc. I couldn't find anything wrong with it. Highly recommended!!

I bought this pack primarily for the pack itself, to use for warm weather hiking and fitness walking. So far so good. The zippers and tabs are large enough & relatively easy to use. Was adjustable to fit me comfortably at six two & two hundred thirty lbs. with room to spare. The side strap pockets could use more room, but my fave bladder in its insulation pouch fit fine with room for a light weight rain jacket & my tablet.

Seems ok..: the back pack material and zipper doesn’t feel like they will last long. The hose part is really hard to get open and closed to drink out off. Got it for my kiddo so he could have one of his own and it’s to hard for him to get open. I as a adult have a hard time popping it open. Not the greatest.

I haven’t used it much but I look forward to doing so this summer. It seems great from what I can tell. I filled it up to test run and found it comfortable and efficient.It took a moment for me to set it up as mine didn’t come with instructions.Really great service too as well as the product.

This bag was great and very useful during our spring ski trip. Had one very cold/windy day and the tube did freeze - but 10 second under hand-dryer and we were all set. Had enough room to carry granola bar and extra hand warmers. Everyone wore their own and stayed hydrated at the high altitude. Company sent wrong bag first and immediately sent the correct one in time for our trip. Great customer service.

Leaks like a sieve. The fill cap has a good seal, but the fill cap assembly that connects to the bladder doesn't just drip, it pours water. Disassembled it, reassembled it and no change. I couldn't figure out the bite valve either. There's a spring in there that does not move. No instructions. Really useless and a waste of time. Sending it back, so don't worry! The 'None In Stock" situation will be relieved by one soon. The backpack seems nice though...
