After suffering from “hot feet” at night that woke me during sleep, a neurologist recommended ALA. Just one pill a day and my problem disappeared. Neuropathy relief!
If you have neuropathy this is a valuable supplement to add to your routine. My neurologist suggested I add this to decrease my polyneuropathy symptoms after my total spine reconstruction. The pins and needles, itching, settles it. Nothing makes the nerve damage go away. But diminishing it adds relief.
