I like the taste of these.. the orange taste isn't too overpowering and is just a nice hint. The texture of them is a bit odd and makes them stick together in the bottle.. but other than that I like them and have ordered them multiple times now. They are pricier than regular vitamins but I like the chewy easy to swallow nature of them, so it balances out. I have no idea if they work, but I am taking them regularly and hoping they are doing something.

While I can't say for certain whether these are making a noticeable difference to my immune system, I can say they're surprisingly tasty. The gummies have a great balance of sweet and sour, making them enjoyable to take each day. In fact, I've been tempted to eat more than the recommended serving because they taste so good!As far as supplements go, these are definitely among the nicest I've tried and are much more enjoyable than many other vitamins and gummies on the market.

These really do help me and my son have taken these for around 6 months now I re-order each month.My son has a very weak immune system and these have helped fight off colds and flu with trigger other health problems for him will continue to purchase every month worth every penny.They taste very nice soft and easy to chew. We both take one each every morning and I fell they have helped keep us in the best health.
