This stuff is amazing!!! Ive tried so many enzymes. I can eat like a normal person now!! They are too expensive though.

This has been the product most helpful for me for FODMAP foods. You take it before you eat the FODMAP items.

So happy to find these! In midst of FODMAP challenging and realizing what doesn’t work and what does for my body (after many years). These are so helpful when I eat out and don’t know exactly what is in a dish. They allow me to expand my food when cooking for my family to cheat a little. I use them two or three times a week and am so happy to find them.

This product looked like it had a good mix of enzymes aimed at FODMAPS, and also claims to have some probiotics. Also, it wasn't as ridiculously over priced as similar products, so I bought a bottle of 60 and tried them. I took one to two each meal for a little over a week. At 60 pills per bottle, it's only enough for 10 days if you take two per meal. I tried taking one and then two with the same effect. NOTHING. Possibly, you need to take a more than the suggested amount to have any effect. But then they would be as stupidly priced as similar products. Possibly, they may work for others, but not for me.

I had been taking a comparable probiotic L. Acidophilus does not agree with me, but the vendor kept changing names and running out so I went looking for new options… I was taking a chewable enzyme as well, but I felt like it wasn’t enough. Everything I would eat would make me feel panicky, these definitely stopped all of that. I just bought my second bottle and have been able to stop the other products I had relied on with little change or improvement. When they say mental health is drastically associated with the gut they are right. I had constant anxiety until I started these enzymes. I will definitely continue to use these daily.

This product does NOT help digest lactose or fructans, as evidenced by my 12-hour “bathroom adventure” that kept me up all night after eating 1 small ice cream cone. No one else was ill from same food. This was the last straw after numerous episodes of this product not working. I guess the low price was too good to be true. I’ll go back to paying more for Fodmate or Fodzyme, which actually work.

But then again, not as expensive as Fodmate. Maybe it’s just me, but despite Fodmate costing almost double this product, it simply works. I’m sure if it’s how the active ingredients get mixed, or how they’re handled, or how they’re sourced. Because the quantity is practically the same, but the end results are not. This one sometimes work, and sometimes does not. And reliability is the only thing you need to weigh when it comes to physical discomfort and pain.
