Works great 👍 Makes it much easier to prepare

I received this in time to cut some grapefruit. Iused another knife to cut the grapefruit in half and cut away the outer skin. I then started using this new serrated-edge curved knife to remove the fruit from the sections. It was sharp and separated the fruit from the inedible white skins and sections. It went quickly and easily. The curved section was just right. These were large grapefruits, almost one pound each. I was able toget a maximum amount of fruit andsaved most of the juice. It worked out great as I hoped it would, and I definitely recommend it to others.

I ordered this knife for my husband and he loves it! He said that it makes cutting and segmenting grapefruit and some other fruits easy as can be. The knife seems sturdy and well made. It should last a long time.

Very good knife.

Grapefruit knives dull over time and must be replaced since the serrations can't really be sharpened and as I use one several times per week, I've had some experience with them over the years. This one is, of course, attractive and seems well made, and given the ratings and apparent popularity and ubiquity, I had high hopes. However, I find it too large to nimbly navigate a grapefruit and it simply doesn't seem sharp enough to be effective. I also tried using it to remove the membranes from cut bell peppers and it was really bad at that. Perhaps in time, I'll get used to it, but my initial reaction after several uses is negative.

Firstly this cutter is very durable and does an excellent job. I had one GeForce which had a single cutter on end and a double split knife on the other end to cut the segments of the watermelon. After getting this, I actually prefer this one. It arrived on time in excellent condition. Though I wasn’t sure what to think when it was written orange cutter on the box. Don’t be put off by this, it works great.
