I’ve used Spike original seasoning for years and years!! Originally I could only get it at health food stores. It has only 7% salt per 1/4 tsp. It’s great on fish, eggs, chicken etc. I love that I can find it on Amazon. If you’re looking for a healthy substitute for pure salt, this is your answer. My daughter uses the salt- free version due to diet restrictions. I highly recommend Spike to stay healthy!!

I grew up with Spike. I adore Spike. I have been missing Spike. All of these are true. I had scoured our local stores for this seasoning, but to no avail. I finally took a shot and look for it here. I have not been disappointed and with 2 bottles, I believe I am ready for the next millennium. The taste of this season brings back great memories and really livens up the more bland soups I might be partaking of. It is the perfect blend (IMHO) of spices and the fact that it is MSG free makes it even better as I have family members who are allergic to that particular ingredient. Now I have a seasoning I can offer that brings great flavor and taste to our food. Very excited to have found this :)

Wonderful seasoning! Salt content is a little high. Not to many health benefits and works well with many recipes.

I’ve been using this spice *forever*. It’s my go-to seasoning for leftover stir-fry rice and also in tuna salad. I often use it in other dishes too. I’m glad it’s still available after so many years!

We love the product! This stuff is like gold in our family! We put it on everything! However our experience with the supplier wasn’t as good. We had 6 bottles and 3 of which were broken in transit. When pictures were sent they still wouldn’t replace them. The bubble wrap wasn’t done very well. It was just on the top of the box and these bottles are made of glass. I may be looking for a different supplier!
