ClearFormulas Quercetin 500mg with Bromelain and Zinc Supplement 240 Capsules Quercetin Dihydrate

What is the MCC in the ingredients? I guess I should have asked that first! This Quercetin shut down my lungs!!! I've never had other quercetin do that! For the few ingredients in this supplement, one would think it would be OK... Not! If you have breathing issues, you might reconsider this product.

Bromelain (extracted from pineapple) helps the absorption Quercetin and with Zinc included, I can now do away with a separate Zinc pill (Which is very good). Zinc and Quercetin work together in the body. Quercetin helps enhance absorption of zinc. Zinc is a positively charged ion. Quercetin is useful as a zinc ionophore, this allows Zinc to piggyback on the Quercetin so it can enter the cells.
