Great service from this supplier. One of the candles was damaged. Supplier came back to me almost immediately, once I informed them of issue. Resolved very promptly. I’d definitely use again. Used product before and it works.

No use
Wouldn't even give it one star but you have to give something. Total waste of money as wouldn't work, followed instructions precisely but it wouldn't take light. Tried to burn different wicks, touch paper but nothing ignited to affect the sulphur. Threw it in the bin as not worth a damn

Not fit for Purpose
Despite seeing some negative reviews, the good ones outweighed them. Absolute rubbish. On opening, the wick is just a piece of paper that is loose. Had to light it twice for the wick to burn for less than 12 seconds. Yes, I timed it, small trickle of smoke that lasted 2 seconds then nothing. 2 hours later, risking my lungs I attempted to relight the wick which just toppled over. A total waste of money and as its been used, but useless, I won't be able to return it.
