Holy moly! I ordered this after our daughter was diagnosed with allergies. My husband also has really bad environmental allergies and is allergic to dogs and cats, which we have two and one of. Our home is professionally cleaned twice a month, vacuumed and dusted twice a week. We have this larger size on the main floor in the center of our house and then two of the smaller models in each bedroom. This is after one month. I am shocked and appalled, but also so happy that this is being removed from our air. I know the manufacturer notes say these can be replaced every 6 months but I plan to take it out every month to remove all of the debris and possibly change every 3 months, especially during heavy seasonal allergy season right now in our area.

The air cleaner machine is amazing and wonderful, and to certify that I'm loving it and will keep it, I bought a spare filter. So far, the one supplied with the machine is simply great. I have the machine in a fairly large room, and it absolutely does what I bought it for: it cleans the air. Love! That the filter will last nearly a year for me is THE big plus. I don't run the machine overnight, so a year for a large, really good HEPA filter is a bargain at $40.

It came with a card that said the first filter refill was "on us" Referred me to a website that was a dead end!

i have bought so many air purifiers over the years and gotten frustrated with the layers of filters and when to change them. this comes in one piece, clicks into place and you are done. it's silent at night and dark. it even tells you when to replace the filter. also, it looks like they are the only company (so far) to make these filters so you don't have to worry about off brand filters that may or may not work. i sleep and feel better. a real step forward!

Used the product to replace my original purifier filter. It was filthy and the light to change never came on. I did find, using a small vacuum on the old filter cleaned it rather well and I have saved it for a back up for the next time I need to change the filter. I would suggest one examines the filter in the unit due to the fact when I checked mine I felt as thought I should have seen the light letting me know it was time to change.

Since my husband and I bought this filter for our air purifer, we have noticed a great improvement at night. We sleep better, it clears the air because there is less dust on the furnishing in the room. This is a great filter and we continue to use it daily.

This filter just snaps right into place and removing it is just as easy. It does collect dust and dog hair which attaches to the filter. The machine will shut off when the filter can no longer take in any more dust. I find it easy to use and good to keep the air in the living room clean. I will buy this filter again when needed.

I'm not sure what it is that has filter companies charging such exorbitant prices but I now switched to cut to size filters for only 1/3rd the cost and it works fine
