I had a very hard time with getting sleep about 15 yrs. ago. Was watching Dr. Oz on TV and he had a guest on that was talking about how to get your sleep. She said take a magnesium tablet a calcium tablet and several deep breaths and let them out slowly. I did it exactly what she said and never again had to take prescription drugs for sleep. Great supplement
I ordered these per doctors orders. Getting older is for the birds, but if I have to take extra supplements, these are good. No taste or odor. They are an easy size to swallow. I will update once I’ve taken them a bit longer to see how well they work. It’s only been a few days as of this review.
