This cleaver does its job with ease.
I have been meal prepping for the past few months and have never owned a cleaver. After receiving the Solige 7" I put it to good use within a couple days. I noticed right out of the box it was razor sharp and had a good heft to it. After chopping through three whole chickens I can honestly say I am happy with this purchase. Like any other knife I will need to run this through the sharpener after a time but it will likely outlive me. solid purchase
