Chuckit! Ultra Ball Dog Fetch Toy, Large 3in, for 60-100lbs Dogs, Floats

This is hands down the best dog toy I have ever purchased. It is well worth the price, hell, I would pay double! I have two Labrador Retrievers both under 2 years of age. I've tried so many different toys for them and they always go right through them - they don't last worth anything. These guys could chew through a jumbo jet. I even tried a toy made from a TIRE that the woman at the pet store guaranteed they couldn't chew up -- 15 minutes and I had to take it away because there were chunks of tire all over my living room. This ball... This chuck it ball... I bought one for each of them for Christmas on a lightning deal because I thought "Heck, it's a good deal I'll try it" and I am proud to say they are still standing. They look like the day we took them out of the package. These two dogs play with these balls EVERY. SINGLE. DAY -- for hours and hours. My male likes to just sit and chew it in his mouth like a wad of gum. You can hear it squish in his teeth, I still can't believe it's retaining it's shape. The only disappointment I had with these was they don't fit in the chuck it that I have, but that was only because I didn't know what size to get. Large is a perfect size for my labs though. I'd like to say I'd buy these over and over again, but at the rate these are lasting us I don't think I will need to. EDIT 4/14/16: I'm sad to report that one of the original Chuckit! balls finally met it's fate, and the other... well, we don't know where it bounced off to... But, I'm happy to report these balls had an AMAZING run with my dogs, even surviving being dropped out the car window at 55mph by one slobbery lab. Don't worry, mommy turned around and drove back and forth until she finally found it and returned it to the slobbery mouth... Dad bought new balls at the store one day, but he got the medium size this time so they would fit in our Chuckit! thrower... I don't think they liked the medium size as much as the large, and the medium lasted no where near as long as the large before there was a hole in it. And the second one was dropped out the car window again and this time mom didn't see it... So, once again -- one destroyed, one lost. But again, I will purchase these over and over because my dogs absolutely love them. I will probably continue with the large size from now on, as it's best for my dogs.

Great product. Material is both soft but does not tear. Perfect. Look good and easy to find in grass. My dog tears toys, but not these. The key is that they squeeze so the dog can chomp on them. They squeeze but do not squeak. Very satisfying for the dog. Does not overbounce like a super ball. Floats in water. Right size for 80 to 100+ poumd dog. I bought more just to have more around the house and yard so that when I command "ball," my dog can immediately find one and redirect to play. Strongly recommend these.

UPDATE: 18+ months later & we still LOVE these balls! Every single ball we have bought (that hasn’t been lost or pilfered) is still going strong. We have 3 dogs (100# GSD, Lab/Pit mix, Chihuahua) who play with them daily & none have had to be retired yet (the balls - not the dogs!). A few that accidentally got left outside in the forest behind our house all winter (again to clarify, talking about the balls :) have faded slightly and may even have slightly less “bounce” to them - but that in no way affects their ability to be thrown by us or caught by the dogs. In fact the German Shepherd actually prefers the older balls as they are more “squishy” than new balls lol... (NOTE: One precaution: be careful when playing with these inside! Our dogs have recently started playing a game of bump volleyball with their noses - which sends the balls flying in all sorts of unintended directions! Such as the wide screen TV! Apparently just catching short indoor fly balls got boring so they invented this new game. Thus after 2 close calls with the TV screen we now only use the Indoor version of this ball for playing in the Family Room. That is a soft-ball sized foam & terry cloth type ball; obviously not indestructible like this ball is - but the expense of replacing those regularly is worth it to me. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Love Love Love! Dogs cannot destroy this ball. And for some reason they just love to play with it - with or without the Chuck-it. Inside and outside. No idea why, but they love it and I'm glad they can't chew it up. These are the LARGE size which is one size bigger than a tennis ball. Works great for the 100# German Shepherd and even the 50# Lab/Pit has no problems running with it in her mouth when she plays keep-a-way with the other dogs. It’s a struggle for the 14# Chi but he can just manage it if he’s determined. Fits the Large Size Chuck-It. Just wish I knew where they kept hiding them all, so I didnt have to keep buying more. Maybe the dogs are in kahoots with Amazon? Recently found one dogs stash of 5 of them.... Why would she horde them? I don't know, so I just wait for them to go on sale and buy more of them. A lot more of them - because I can’t ever be without one of these within arms reach to get the dogs away from me when I need some alone time.

My Malibu is obsessed with these balls. They last a very long time, good quality and very reasonable price.

If your dog is a chewer, this thing is a must. Our dog destroyed all the toys, even the 'indestructible' ones. This ball has lasted longer than anything else we've purchased and stood the test of time. We have a pure bred American Bully and these guys LOVE to chew and play tug. Nothing prior to this ball lasted longer than two days.

I have a land shark, jaws on 4 paws, and she will eat a tennis ball in a half hour, destroy any toy, so it's hard to find something I want to buy another of. This is one of those toys. She loves it, and within a couple of weeks had punctured it so that it's no longer round 100% of the time, but she also can't eat it, since it doesnt' tear - knock on wood - and that's why I just ordered another one. Bought the first one on 18 June and buying the second one at the end of July so that lets you know life expectancy with a strong jawed dog. I do highly recommend it.

These balls stand up to 2 full grown pit bulls and a Labrador whose only goal in life is to destroy ball. One of which is older and his teeth aren’t the greatest. I’ve tried many a ball that said they were for aggressive chewers, heavy duty, blah blah. They typically don’t last 15 mins. But these balls are the best I’ve found yet without paying a fortune. As pictured, you can see I’ve tried several of their products. The medium sized ball is the one we’ve used the most. I just bought the large size a couple days ago. But you can see at the bottom, the holes they have chewed which has taken them months. Def buy them on Amazon bc in store they can be up to $4 higher. The medium size fits perfectly in the normal ball thrower stick thingy. The large however does not. My dogs chose these balls over any other brand. Totally serious. These must have the perfect amount of “chewiness.” So spend the $5 you totally get ur moneys worth!

Lo mejor que puedes comprar para tus mascotas, claro siempre y cuando sean perros. Tengo 10 pastores alemanes, 3 hembras y 7 machos les encantaron, aunque solo me permitió comprar 5 pelotas en promoción, fue la mejor compra que he hecho en Amazon, ojalá me dejara comprar otras 5. Reducen estres y Ansiedad en mis pastores, promoviendo comportamientos de caza y juego, que reducen considerablemente los niveles de cortisol (hormona del estres) y los mantiene relajados después de 1 hr de juego. Recomiendo que las pelotas solo se usen durante la presencia del propietario en el tiempo de juego ya que eso prolonga la vida útil de estas. Eduquen a sus mascotas para que jueguen y no destruyan sus juguetes, es sencillo solo necesitas paciencia y dedicación. Permitir que tus mascotas utilicen su juguetes por tiempos prolongados hacen que estos pierdan su función. Programa períodos cortos de juego para que estas cumplan con su cometido.
