We bought two white Adirondack chairs and liked them so much we bought 4 more. One of the chairs had minor issues which led us to contacting their customer service. They were extremely quick in responding and addressed our issues to our complete satisfaction. Their customer service is probably the best we’ve ever had with Amazon products and that’s really saying something. As far as the chairs, we are very satisfied with the quality, appearance, and comfort. They are easy to assemble and fold up with ease. The HDPE material appears solid and well made. We found the price very good, especially for the quality of the chair. We definitely recommend these chairs and will certainly purchase more products from this company.

I find that this product is amazing. Its durable, versatile, perfect size, comfortable, looks great, and the folding function allows it to be more functional than other products I have dealt with in the past. Its ease of assembly is also great. The best part of my purchase of this item was the customer service. I had an issue with 1 of the 4 chairs that I purchased, spoke to the company, and they had a fix to the issue coming with 48 hours.

These are really nice chairs. Got 2 for the pool deck. They go together easy, took me less than an hour to put them both together. They're comfortable and heavy duty. I'm a big fella, 6'3" 260. These will stand up to daily use by my big ass. You should probably buy some.

I am using these with an RV. It is nice that they fold down making them easy to stow when moving. The chairs are cool looking and sturdy. They feel like they will hold up for years. The chairs are heavy and they should not blow around much in the wind. The assembly instructions are clear and easy to follow. The steps are in a logical order and clearly labeled. The set comes with a hex driver and small wrench. I used a 10mm socket to help drive the nuts a bit faster. The hex driver that came with the kit is solid.One thing to note is the chairs are low to the ground and they lean backwards. They are comfortable, but it does take a bit of effort to get out of them. Something to keep in mind for people with limited mobility. I initially did not buy the ottoman to prop up legs. After getting the chairs I see why they sell them. They make the chair more comfortable. Best to have the ottoman and not use it than not to have it and wish you did. I'd suggest picking up at least one ottoman to try out.

The media could not be loaded. Nice chair, easy to assemble, attractive and comfortable, sturdy but cup holder sucks. Cup holder is mounted from the bottom so any weight will pull the screw out and the screw provided is very short.Also, the finishing paint is not the best.

These chairs were easy to put together, I did it solo and had no issues. They’re sturdy and comfortable!
