I purchased this unit 4 or so months ago. I've used it mostly in water mode with my cold plunge and it worked well. Recently I needed to use it in air mode. It suddenly stopped working altogether. The seller was very quick to reply with super-clear instructions indicating what might be wrong and how to rectify it. Unfortunately, there was a bigger issue as well. Again, the seller was both quick to reply, and quick to replace the unit since there was no easy fix for the issue. I have been pleased with the product, and give the seller 5+ stars for their customer service!!

So my warning to anyone buying is check all three modes right off the bat. if one mode isn't working return it.. What happed with me is I read up on ozone and how bad it is for you.. so I got into the habit of turning it on and then running away and let it do its thing. however I never saw any results.. finally a month later I got fed up with it and smelled the water bubbler and I smell no ozone.. so I tried turning on one of the other modes and instant ozone smell.. so I think the water function never worked on the unit I got.. However it's too late to return. or amazon is making it impossible to find or contact the seller.... so turn each mode on briefly and make sure it smells like ozone. I've been using for my cold plunge and it does not work or at least my unit doesn't work. what a waste of $257.

I have a 1674 square foot home and have so far used this item in 3 bedrooms and one bathroom and the results are amazing. I was skeptical at first but since using it that has changed. The most noticeable area was where I spend most of my time, my office. I smoke in there sometimes and used this device in there. Ran it for about an hour and a half and it completely eliminated the smoke smell that had begun to be nasty.I plan to run this in my main space, (living room dining room kitchen for about 2 hours when I go to work so will update once that is done.All three rooms including the bathrooms are free of odd odors. We will see how long that lasts for but all in all I am very pleased with the results.The Ozone smell goes away after a while and once it does the air smells fresh and my furniture in the office is free of smoke smell. I highly recommend that you follow the directions and stay out of the rooms you use this in for at least 30 minutes as the directions state because it is quite overwhelming and will make your eyes water. The handy remote is awesome because you can poke your head in the room being treated and add a little more time without having to enter the room if you think it needs it.No conns at this time.

We purchase this product to put in the room where the cat's litter box is. It does take a long time, but it works really well. No one is allowed in the room while it is working, so we just close the door.

This is the first ozone generator that I purchased. I had never used one so I had no idea what to expect.I have a small one bedroom apartment (~750 sqft) and got this to get rid of cooking odors. This unit puts out enough ozone to do a house! I ran it for an hour before leaving for work, and nine hours later I could still smell some ozone. The entire apartment was odor free, and not just the kitchen.PRO: It absolutely works, and so much better than an air "purifier" with a charcoal filter.CON: Because it puts out so much ozone, you have to leave the space for a few hours after starting it.A better solution for an apartment would be a smaller unit with an adjustable output like the B07DK5NSY1. Plug it into a smart outlet and set it run an hour every night. No more odors.

Simply great, I use it in the car and the rooms of my house, I love it for the place and the annoying smells of humidity in the air conditioning system, it eliminates them completely.
