I've had this projector for several months and use it at least once a week for several hours. I was really scared to try this projector due to the price and such but it really is great! Just to clarify I have never owned a projector nor do I own say a 4k TV so I'm not very picky about picture quality. I just don't like to see a blurry image. It was a breeze to setup and it of course came with directions if you need. The thing I didn't even think about when I was purchasing was the remote. I'm not sure if other projectors come with remotes but it definitely is a lifesaver on those evenings I just can't get off my couch.Now for its performance :I am currently using it in a small room and achieve the recommended 100 inch dimension. Once it gets further away than where I have it it gets a little blurry. However it is certainly still watchable and a 100 inch screen was all I wanted.I have no idea how to quantify what resolution I'm getting but it is pretty good. Not quite TV quality but close. And the colors are great! You can even go into the settings and adjust them yourself.As for the inputs I mainly use my hard drive to watch movies but I have also used the hdmi ports. One thing that I didn't realize when I was first testing is that when the file is a mkv the projector will not play it or play the video but not the audio. Of course most of my files are that type so I need to use the hdmi cord when watching mkvs. It's an easy fix so I don't really mind. Mp4s play fine though. I have yet to have a mp4 that wouldn't play.Now lastly the internal speaker is really bad. I need to have an external one attached or else all I hear is the actors talking our of a can. That's easily fixed by the aux port in the back where I have attached both super tiny and larger speakers to get the job done.All in all for the price this projector is great for the price. Between the different ports, the picture quality, and the user controlled color manipulation it is super easy to affordably make your own personal movie theater.

disappointed with the lumens it's say 3200 but you cannot watch if the light is on. i have branded name projector 2600 lumens its very bright and clear. if i can give zero star i will do!!

the bulb started having a black spot almost immediately.

I read lots of positive review on here, but I didn't like this because of following reason.1. Florence colors : Resolution 720p was good but the color is very Florence and unnatural.2. Less contrast : The contrast was very low.3. Fan noise : I felt like I'm seating on airplane. You will need noise cancelling headphone.4. HDMI connectivity : It sometimes does not recognize hdmi signal and shows black screen.I was fine with all 3 issues but fan noise.Updated 4/13/2017Probably, mine was defected, this unit uses 2 lower noise fans with 25db which is similar noise level with major company's eco mode.Heat was much better level.

The media could not be loaded.  This is my first regular projector. I bought my first projector, which was a mini projector, because I was going on a trip and I wasn't sure if the places I would be staying in would have a TV or video source. It was very convenient because it was so small and portable. However, unless you were in a pitch black room, it was really hard to enjoy beyond the occasional movie or anime to pass the time. Sometimes, you just need a regular projector when you need that power and brightness.And this is where this projector comes in. To be honest, I don't know exactly what 8000 lumens/350 lux would translate to in real life, but my eye test tells me this projector is at least 3 times brighter than my mini one. I can actually make out the contrast and details. Not only can I watch movies and videos, I can also play video games, and the projection of my laptop and desktop screens are actually legible and I'm able to do what I need with it.There are two buttons on the side - one to re-adjust the angle of the projection in the event you have the projector on an angle, and the other to fine tune the clarity. With these adjustments, I had no issues reading texts from subtitles, my PS4 home screen, to even text on my computer projections.There are also stereo speakers in case you don't have an audio output such as headphones or speakers. At the maximum loudness, the volume is fine, but of course you shouldn't use this for outdoor environments as it would not be loud enough.As for the connections, there are two audio 3.5mm outputs, 2 HDMI inputs, one VGA input (to be honest for a 2017 projector I was hoping it would be a DisplayPort connection as VGA is so obsolete right now), and two USB inputs where you can connect flash drives to play your movies, videos, and audio (the projector has a built-in media player). There is the IR port for the included remote controller, which makes doing some functions much easier and quicker.Overall, this being my first regular-sized projector, I am very happy, and the price is totally justified for its quality and functionality.

We are very disappointed in the quality of the picture (bluish tint) and it is loud. We have used this projector a few times since we purchased it and we have tried to color correct and adjust the brightness/contrast and nothing works. Our experience has been similar to the 1 star reviews you have on Amazon (see screen print below) and it has been very irritating.We have contacted their customer service via email and have not received a reply of any kind.I understand we have passed both the product return and support windows, but we still within our 24 month warranty.
