No. The cable that comes with the BT receiver has RCA's on one end and 3.5mm cable on the other.

Is there a audio feedback / sound when the device syncs with the phone ? My current version from another company does and it’s EXTREMELY annoying.

It's been my experience that when the phone initiates contact with a Bluetooth device, the phone makes an audible contact notice that may be heard from the audio adapter. You can usually remove/change the Bluetooth contact notice from your phone.

Does this device work with 220V power supply?

The device comes with a power adapter with a label that states clearly that it works with 110V to 240V power supply. I live in a country that uses 220V power supply. I bought this Logitech Bluetooth adapter from Amazon US and am using it plugged into my 220V power supply with absolutely no problem.
