This product really works!
I love this product! I had tried Melatonin alone and it didn’t work for me. I was almost ready to go on a prescription sleep medication which would have been dangerous for me due to the risk of dizziness and potential falling when I get up at night. This product is safe and I’ve experienced zero side effects. So thankful Nature Made did the research and came up with the right combination of ingredients that really work!

Too strong for a beginner!
Too strong for a beginner! I took this and it worked really well -- I thought. Except I woke up extremely groggy and that lingered ALL DAY. I wish I could find the same blend with significantly less melatonin. Maybe 1-3mg.

Groggy next morning
I have been a fan of this company’s Back to Sleep product for years but they have discontinued it so I tried this product as a new replacement since it seemed to have similar ingredients. I tried the product three days and the morning after each use I felt very groggy, even after 8 hours of sleep. ☹️
