## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars

    Good product but no support

*by C***G on Reviewed in the United States on August 10, 2016*

This is a very good product but Torqueedo provides no support. I've contacted them for two issues, both with voice messages and emails, but they do not respond. At all. One was a battery defect and one was the metal support for the tilt lever sheered off (making it impossible to tilt the engine without putting something like wood in there). Both could have been resolved, I'm sure, by their support team. Refusing to respond, however, has greatly diminished the image of this company in my mind.
