Don't buy this product
Incomplete product very bad service I have requested a return they are not even returning or exchanging the product .... Highly disappointed.... I will not recommend to buy this product as they do not co-operate and they are just giving low quality plastic in such high price with missing items

The product is good; the quality of the rods could be better; it's already starting to bend with 2 months of use.

Quality , and easy to use compare the the single pulley system.
This is a quality product, and I recommend having it if you don't have access to the terrace or if it's far away from your floor. With easy to manage and compact system, you have close to 48 ft length to dry your clothes. In the past year of use, I haven't faced any issues other than those mentioned in the cons.
