An essential
My cramps are absolutely terrible and debilitating and these help beautifully! I use my hot water bottle at home and these and Lilas pads when I'm out and both allow me to live during ovulation (mittelschmerz), pms, and my period. The only thing I don't like is the adhesion - it's not very sticky and can sometimes roll down, but if you wear them with really good fitting panties it helps keep it up! Please never stop making these!

Love it!! But be careful if you have PCOS
I love these heating pads. They stick really well to the under garments and work wonders for period cramps. But if you have ovarian cysts like me, this will increase the pain and actually make it worse (in my experience). I’m currently using oral contraceptives which helps my PCOS so using a heating pad with the oral contraceptives actually doesn’t cause me any pain but before birth control when I used these it was awful, the pain sucked. Also don’t wear these for longer than 8 hours and DO NOT SLEEP WITH IT OVERNIGHT. A nap with these on is fine as long as it doesn’t go over the 8 hour mark.

This works (mostly)
This is a great product for menstrual pain. It's so much better than having to carry an electric heating pad to work and it really does stay warm for eight hours. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't actually stick to your underwear for very long. So when you go to the bathroom, it falls off. This doesn't really bother me too much since I'll just take it out before I go to the bathroom and put it back on when I'm done. I would recommend this despite that because it does wonders to relieve cramps when you're on the go.

Poor Adhesion
I have used the neck and the lower back patches from ThermaCare and had no problem with them staying in place. These did not stick at all and I was constantly adjusting it and my clothing until I toss it and the rest of the box.

Thank god they still make these
Deal with a lot of inflammatory issues and these are so greAt and enable you to have the constant heat therapy and get on with your day.
