Repaired sheer fabric
I had to order teflon non stick ironing sheets to facilitate the repair of my wife’s chiffon skirt, but this product worked perfectly. She really had to search to find the repair.

Very light but strong, doesn’t stick to needle
I’ve made the mistake in the past of using heavier fusible for appliqué and it wreaks havoc with the needle. But this holds just as firmly but you don’t know anything is between the fabric and there’s no issue with sticking to needles.

best for applique
Mistyfuse is the best fusible interfacing to use for applique, especially for sheer fabrics and lace because it does not leave any residue. Warning, doo use an applique sheet to prevent messing up your iron.

Wonderful product!
Used this to repair fine cotton lawn with tears in the fabric. Purchased cotton lawn and Misty and was instructed by an expert to use a circular cutout of the lawn fabric to use as a patch and Misty layered together and cut together. A larger patch on the inside of the garment and a smaller round patch on the outside of the garment with the Misty layered underneath. I used an iron.. worked beautifully. Highly recommend for fine fabrics that would be ruined with a needle and thread.

Works well with many projects.
Works well when you need something to adhere to something else. You have to be very careful not to gum up your iron as it is very sheer and easy to loose sight of small pieces on your ironing board. If you need actual stiffness in whatever you are doing, use fusible interfacing, not this.

Looks great
Received the Mistyfuse Sheer Fusible Interfacing packet in a timely manner. As I will not get the quilt done until October I have not used it yet. I have 5 quilts ahead of the one needing the Mistyfuse Sheer Fusible Interfacing.
