Great replacement for noisy cheap Chinese fan that came with my VFR controller. Moves twice as much air and is at least 2/3 quieter.

My TOA amplifier's Jamicon fan burnt out. I replaced it with this, identical one, it just burnt out too. I'm only getting about 5 years at 30% duty cycle on a commercial amplifier.

OK but not heavy duty.
I use this to cool a pure sine wave inverter. For a ball bearing fan, this simply doesn't last long. I'm disappointed in the service life of it. I use a small drop of 3 in 1 machine oil to quiet this now noisy fan.

Good replacement fan
I bought this to replace a failing fan on a 20 year old Engel MT-45 fridge/freezer. I spliced in the connector from the old fan and it bolted right in. Now my Engel is like new again! OK, I did have to paint the fridge too, it has been used hard. This fan is as quiet as the original.
