Duncurin was not looking forward to a trip to the local shops or the Trafford Centre in order to purchase two pots of nail varnish although I’m sure in this enlightened age folk wouldn’t bat an eyelid. I needed to mark a switch position for one of my electronics projects and I thought that a couple of blobs of contrasting colours of nail varnish would be ideal. Enter Amazon who delivered these super acrylic pain pens overnight and which worked perfectly. The retaining teeny bolts for the switch in question form the perfect base for the application of a robust, clear and identifiable indicators. The paint pens need a lot of shaking and then a little patience as the colour seeps through but you are rewarded with excellent, clear and hard-wearing blobs of colour that were perfect for my needs. You can maybe see from the attached photo the control panel at the ends of an electronic project and the readily visible colour indicators. I suspect I may need to add a second coat to the blue to make sure that the whole surface of the bolt is covered but this is a small matter. Other than this these pens are perfect for home hobbies and electronics.

Bought for my girls for Xmas - they work really well and are easy to “activate” we have not found them to be messy at all.My girls had been asking for “Posca” pens but there was no way I was paying their prices - they have tried Posca pens and say that these do the same job :-)

for the price it’s very nice- black seems to bleed a bit but the others are good. Definitely have a paper to test them for blots with before going in on a project- the white is really nice.

I wanted more vibrant colours. These are quite pale but easy to use.

The colours are nice and solid, not watering like some can be. Easy to use and work well on stones and glass
