CAMERA IS AWESOME BUT NEED FIRMWARE UPDATES TO ADDRESS FOCUSING ISSUES AND CAMERA DRIFT.SELLER DOES NOT RESPOND

Bought two for testing and for a non-branded camera, this camera works great. We have this model running in Blue Iris and also on a high end VMS system using ONVIF. Only minor issue we discovered is that we have to change the bit rate from the default to what we want after restarting the camera each time (doesn’t stick) but this is very minor. All other features of the camera work as expected. Granted it’s only 10x optical zoom but adjusting the focus settings allows for digital zoom. The angle of view smaller than our other cameras but we haven’t found this to be a viewing issue.This is a wall mounted camera. Would be nice to know if there are other mounting options such as ceiling or tabletop. Also, where would we go to check for firmware updates?Like them so much that we purchased x2 more. Can’t beat the price. Especially compared to other higher end PTZ cameras with IR. Yes, branded vs non-branded but…

Not too good support for this item, it does not include audio.

This camera, for the money, is a very good camera for most security needs. It does not have audio, but its night vision is pretty good at this price point.Pros: PTZ, works with Blue Iris, good night vision capabilityCons: No information on firmware updates.
