This stepper machine is absolutely fantastic! Has a very small footprint so it does not take up a ton of space, I love that it also has the resistance band so I can not only work on my legs but my arms as well! Came pretty much assembled, all I had to do was put the little turn knob on the front and make sure that the police string was in place and we were good to go! The steps have some pretty significant resistance so it will definitely give you quite the workout, once I hit the 50 to 60 step Mark I was really feeling the burn! Very sturdy build, made of quality materials, if you are looking into exercising again, or for the first time, I definitely recommend this as it's very easy to get into- you can put this in front of your TV and work out while you watch your favorite show, movie, or playing a video game even. Absolutely terrific value for what all you are getting!

I randomly came across this stepper when I was looking for a few things to add to my home workout routine. It is made really well and also looks nice. The price I paid was a great value and it is made well and durable. It is so convenient to have in my house and can pick it up and move it with ease as it isn't awkward to carry or that heavy. I usually keep it to the side of my kitchen actually lol and just hop on whenever I feel like it. Whether it is for a few minutes while I'm letting something cook or before I head out the door, or longer to incorporate more of a workout. I use it several times a day whether for 20 minutes or 2 minutes. After just a short time, you start to feel a burn in your legs and depending on the depth of your step, your butt. You can feel it in your core somewhat too as you balance your body on the stepper. You smoothly glide up and down with each step. It has a resistance knob making it suitable for people with all different strength capabilities. It comes with the arm bands if you want to attach those as well. I found them a little distracting, but someone else may love them. It has a digital counter in the middle that goes up to 9999 and then resets to 0. The bottom of the stepper has rubber "supports" that balance the stepper flat and doesn't damage your floor. The stepper is a very simple concept, but it is one of my favorite fitness pieces I have ever bought!

Great way to get some extra steps in. I love how simple and effective this stepper is for the price. Working graveyards in healthcare I wanted to get extra steps in as the steps I was doing day shift was probably at least 5x more and my body was feeling the difference. The resistance is nice once you turn the dial up, feels like walking in quick sand to me. I actually bought one of these a few months back for work because it was so small it could be tucked away on a shelf there. Now I have one at home as well to step on while I'm watching TV. Great product, price, delivery, loved that it was no assembly too.

I liked this mini stepper overall and it definitely gives a good workout for something so compact. It’s easy to use, doesn’t take up much space, and you can feel it working your legs and getting your heart rate up pretty quickly. I also really liked the workout app. It helps with motivation and gives you some structure instead of just stepping on your own, which I found helpful. One thing to be aware of, if you have bad knees, this does put some pressure on them, so just be careful and listen to your body. The resistance bands that come with it are also not very light, so I personally opted to use dumbbells instead for a bit more control. I did end up gifting it to a friend because I wasn’t using it consistently, but overall it worked well. It’s a solid option if you’re looking for a simple at home workout, just something to consider depending on your needs.

Overall, I like this product. It's compact, it's cute, it was a decent price compared to others, and I get an increased heart rate and can definitely feel a burn in my legs after like 3 minutes on it keeping my heels on the pedal. It's not that heavy so it's easy to move. HOWEVER, the title of the product listing says "with resistance straps" and there were none. ALSO the step tracker on mine doesn't really work. It's suppose to go up every step as in left and right that's one step. As you can see in my video I can go for multiple steps and it will only change every few and then every now and then. The brand name also came peeling off out the box. Again it serves it's purpose for me for what it is but it's not the highest quality but a decent price so what can you do

I only just bought this and started using it, so I'll revise this review if anything changes. The people complaining or having issues with their stepper probably didn't read the instructions which clearly state that you can only use this for 15 minutes at a time. Even after 15 minutes the hydraulics get very hot. However, fifteen minute increments are plenty if you have other stuff to do, or like me if you work from home at a standing desk and need something to help with being sedentary. 15 minutes of vigorous use will leave you sweaty with your heart pounding and your legs tired. Use it a few times a day (set a 15 minute timer each round) and I'm sure you'll see results. 30 minutes is enough time to let it cool down and then you can use it again. In any case, it's quiet and smooth. Instructions are easy to understand. It's small and stows away no problem. We will see about durability. I'm sure it will hold up better than the 200 dollar walking pad that I tried which broke within a month of use. I bought this "used" but this thing clearly hadn't been touched.

ドッシリとしたパイプの土台が重厚で壊れなさそうな作りです。 色もピンクで可愛い。角度を着けずに一番軽い負荷でやってますがかなりキツイです。 体重の軽い人なら更にかもしれない。 ふくらはぎに筋肉が着いた実感はあるけど、やり過ぎると膝が痛くなるので、歯磨きしながら朝晩３分程度の使用です。 体重が軽い女性、膝が悪い人には向かないです。 外国製だからか、負荷がキツイです。 冬はオイルが固いせいか本当に重い！ 夏、冬の使用感に差を感じます。

Great machine. Very quiet which was a concern for me, not silent but no louder than any other appliances in my apartment. Great for quick workouts, or something more intense than the treadmill. Would definitely recommend it for someone just getting more serious about fitness as its freat for watching tv, and a good burn in a short amount of time. Not sure how effective it is for someone with a higher fitness level however
