I'm very pleased with this product- I got it as a sleep aid and it works great in that capacity, but it's slow acting so I take it a couple hours before going to bed. What's cool- and a bonus- is that I wake up without any drowsy feeling, and a little extra energy that lasts thru the day. The capsules do have an unusual taste, but I just wash it down with water quickly. Also, the bottle says take 2 capsules but just one works great for me, and yeah, if you build up a sweat after taking these, there's definitely a light maple-syrup aroma, but that's no biggie to me. I'll be reordering!

This is my second go at trying these fenugreek supplements. I didn't notice any major changes the first time, but I was only taking about 1-2 a day and I wasn't very consistent, so I just wanted to see if taking more would make a difference. Now I'm taking 2 - 4 a day at least. The first thing I noticed was that I started smelling maple syrupy right away this time, whereas the first time the maple smell was more subtle. The second thing is that the supplements seem to have an appetite suppressing quality to them. This was the case the first time I tried them, but it stopped working after awhile if using them. I'm hoping it'll last longer this time. So far the only downside is that it can be a little difficult to swallow if you're used to smaller pills. I will update as I get closer to finishing the bottle! **UPDATE 3 MONTHS LATER** Basically, all I can say is that I smell like pancakes 🤷🏾‍♀️ Nothing life-changing. Probably won't be buying again.

Much better than Himalaya or Bliss. It's worth every penny. Works fine on constipation. Possibly works fine on metabolism also. Don't doubt it.

I ordered these because of an article that said that fenugreek (the usual English name for this product) raises testosterone levels. I can't say I've noticed a big difference, but perhaps some boost. I recommend taking the capsules in the middle of a meal rather than after, because I've had some trouble with fenugreek-flavored burps.

I am glad I came across this product. I ordered this product mainly to help improve my testosterone levels as my hair had started to thin a bit and also provide me with a good boost of energy. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks (twice a day, morning and night) and have noticed that I now wake-up not so tired anymore and felt more motivated to go to the gym or do more outdoor activities. My appetite have improved and I now crave less sugary stuff. No complaints in the bedroom either, give this product a go and feel the difference!
