Drybar The Bouncer Diffuser

I dried my hair today with this diffuser. I purchased it because I like how diffusers work on my hair allowing my hair to have more body. I have a Rusk blowdryer and it fit fine on it. I put it on high heat low fan. I usually get some frizz from blowdrying my hair and I thought I was going to have to return this one and I didn't need to. I never dry my hair all the way with a diffuser because I am afraid of frizz. I dried it enough so I won't be cold outside with wet hair. It does it's job better than my previous diffuser. I noticed that it has a metal plate under the plastic to speed up dry time which helps too. I recommend this diffuser for sure. I will try to dry my hair completely with it next time. I can get similar results with air drying but this is also nice.

Works well with my Rusk W8less CTC! The one that came with my hair dryer broke after a few years, but the dryer is still going strong. This is a great addition!

Almost didn’t buy due to reviews saying it falls off hair dryer, but it stays on my dryer very well.

I use this with my full size buttercup dryer and it pops right on. The diffuser itself can be adjusted to let out air in different patterns. It slides onto the dryer and has a grippy end. It won’t fit for every dryer so you’ll want to measure you’re if not the full size buttercup. I wish it weren’t bright yellow but it works.

My daughter has very curly hair and being a drybar fan who only uses their products this was a no brainer. When I opened it I realized right away that this may not work as I had hoped because it doesn’t connect to the dryer like other accessories, it just pushes on. It actually fell off and hit my daughter in the head while I was using it. I pushed it on till I thought it would break and it still didn’t stay out, I ended up holding it on. It didn’t work very well either, it did nothing for her hair. I used it per the instructions and her hair ended up tangly and flat. I don’t recommend this.

The diffuser itself works fine, but the problem is that since it is a "universal" diffuser, it is not made to fit the Drybar dryer specifically. As the hairdryer and diffuser attachment heat up with use, the diffuser will fall off of the dryer. Often, it falls apart as it hits my floor and I have to put it back together. It happens EVERY time I use it. I bought this because I was hoping that it would work well on the same brand dryer, but it is just ok.
