Pleasant blue surprise in a bottle!
Stress and anxiety has been something thats been affecting my sleep quality for a while. So, after a lot of online research and oscillating back and forth, I decided to give Cosmix Bring Me Bliss a go and I am very happy I did. What attracted me to it was that it was a plant based formula. Although the drink looked a pleasant calming blue, I was apprehensive of the taste, since herbal products are not known for being palatable. But I was in for a pleasant surprise - it tastes yummy! I am also noticing that my sleep quality has improved significantly. So if, like me, you are on the fence and are looking for a sign - here it is - go ahead and give this a shot! 😊

Works as claimed
I used to get tension headaches close to my exams. Tried the mix out this year and it doesn’t happen anymore. Also reduces tendency to spiral from anxiety and keeps your logical brain working still. Milk suppresses the taste but 1/4th teaspoon in half a glass water tastes very refreshing. Cosmix hasn’t disappointed me up till now. Definitely good value for money if you struggle with stress

Restlessness and Palpitations
Causing palpitations, restlessness and wierd sensations in my arms. Making me hyper stimulated after some time of consumption. The taste and everything is okay though.

Cosmix never disappoints
I have been using cosmix protein for months now... The quality of their products and the formulation is excellent... As someone who works overtime and has a stressful lifestyle... This helps me calm down when I really need the rest... Mind you this is not something like melatonin gummies or something that will put u to sleep. This is just as good as butterfly pea flower tea... But suitable to all body types ... As Im from an yoga guru family our habits has always been good... Hence these formulations works the best and shows its best results as body is out of unnecessary toxins and no bad lifestyle. My only problem is stress cause of my work and it works it's fullest to me for the 1/4th tsp dosage that is mentioned... Worth every penny spent... Clean products.. smells awesome... Must try... I was excited about this product right when I ordered it. I loved the packaging and colour of this product. Beautiful vanilla flavour and fragrance. It’s not too much, just the right amount. There’s no added sugar. Just the colour and taste brought be bliss ;)

Caused Jitters and Palpitations
It actually made me feel relaxed. My mind was calm after the first drink only. But soon it felt like I am losing my focus and not able to work. I couldn’t go gym or do my screen work. My head started feeling heavy. I decided to take a nap but I started feeling jitters and palpitations. I still managed to sleep but woke up with extremely bad nightmares. It would have been great for me if it only worked on stress levels without causing numbness and jitters for me.
