Well, this worked out better than I hoped!!!
I have an older MacBook Pro (Intel) that I was sent for work. I have a Samsung Odyssey G9 49" Ultra Wide Screen Monitor (5120x1440) and needed a dock that would support this resolution. Yeah, this one had no issues and setup was easy and seamless. Since I only needed this for one screen, it worked out great. I have all these extra ports that the MAC is missing and lets me use this without issue.Great Product. Great Build Quality. Great Value!

This is an awesome product
When you are working with a Mac and have multiple screens you automatically worry when you go to purchase accessories like this. I have to tell you I'M VERY IMPRESSED. Right out of the box I hooked it up and hooked all my monitors up straight away. And it worked!! I mean it really worked!! I didn't have to download drivers, extra software buy specially assessories. It just worked. I have my main iMac with two thunderbolt monitors and it just worked. I hooked both monitors up directly and it worked, but i was like, let's put it to the test and daisychain them, it worked that way as well. And daisychaining the monitors gave me an extra spot to use if I need it. I also got my handy tester out and tested the ports and the speeds were as advertised. I am totally impressed with this. I've been using it now for maybe 3 or 4 months and it hasn't given me any issues whatsoever. Like I said having a Mac assures you that many "works with mac" products don't actually work with a Mac. I can't tell you how nice it was to actually have a device that actually plugged and played!! If you are having doubts don't this little device has been amazing

Stopped working after 3 months
Normally don't write a lot of reviews but when I spend this much money and it did not even make it 6 months is frustrating. Worked great out of the box, but now my SD card readers won't work. I have a MacAir and with limited storage having a powered SD reader that could also hold HDMI and Thunderbolt seemed like a good buy. Now I own a worthless metal box. BTW the audio jack never worked from day one, but that was of no real concern for me.

Dual display on M1 Max Macbook Pro
I had a bit of an issue connecting two 4k@60Hz displays on my M1 Max 16 MacBook Pro. After some troubleshooting with the support department, we found that my second display was having some issues with the power managment settings, and it wouldn't recognize the two displays at the same time. The workaround, however is pretty simple: I need to disconnect the Display Port cable from the dock (or turn off the screen from the power button, in my case), And let the usb c adapter to do the handshake with my Mac. a few seconds later, when the display is showing up correctly just turn the DP back on, and Wuala! two 4k@60Hz in a single thunderbolt cable.I'm also happy to report that the 60w power is plenty for my M1 Max to keep the battery charge, even when using for heavy postproduction (with 2 extra 4k displays) and all my USB devices and SD reader works great. Very happy with the product, clean setup, and great value!

Unknown power surge
It has given me a power surge warning ⚠️ just using for about a week. I have tested the port with other charger, it is working Fine. It was working fine for about five days. Ethernet port does not always work. You have to unplug the power cable couple times to have it work.I have utilized the cabel that came with it.I am returning it because it doesn't provide any power at all. Display port sometimes gives flickering for external monitor. The material and build quality is pretty good. Temperature control is fine.

Great Dock for Macbook Pro M1 (2020)
When Is aw that the Caldigit was sold out, I did a search for an equivalent dock. This one meets all the requirements and has worked flawlessly for a month. For the smaller Macbook Pro, it delivers power over the Thunderbolt cable, so I still have one onboard port free. There is definitely enough USB ports, and the ones in the front have proved useful.

Like Mighty Mo, small but Mighty
My goal was to setup a secondary workstation site off my laptop so I could adjust my sound system. As the saying goes: "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!"Due to using the: TOTU THUNDERBOLT 3 Dock, device which not only allowed me to use a secondary, well a third, monitor + keyboard & mouse, but also reduced the number of cables coming from my laptop since I have several other devices. If you plan on something similar, just remember to use a Thunderbolt cable from your laptop/desktop to the thunderbolt port on the THUNDERBOLT device. You must have a Thunderbolt port from your computer.
