I love the feel of this compression tank top. The material is smooth and comfortable, and it provides firm support without feeling overly restrictive. It shapes the stomach and back nicely, creating a slimmer appearance under clothing. The fit stays in place throughout the day and works well for both casual and dressier outfits. I’m very satisfied with the quality and results.

It really changed the way I look. I lost 60+ pounds and have pesky love handles that really distract from my muscular gains. The shirt is tight and somewhat difficult to slip on, but that's the point! It should squeeze that chunkiness together folks. Fortunately, once you put it on it's actually pretty comfortable, although you will be prone to sweat a little more. However, I find it to be an acceptable aspect considering it truly does improve your body shape. Plus, the best part, it's made in the USA and not C-H-I-N-A.

I ordered both the white tank (in XL) and the black tank (in L) versions of this product. I'm 6'0"/205Lbs. The black tank that I ordered (in large) worked excellently at hiding excess fat. It really did a great job at making me look slimmer and hiding my gut and "chest fat". The problem was it was tight enough where I had to actually step into it to get it on (the instructions show this as a recommended way to put it on at first). It also became very uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time because it was so tight. I had red marks on my body with the outline of the vest after wearing it all day. Eating while wearing the Large was uncomfortable also because my abdominal area felt very constricted. I decided to go ahead and make an order for the white tank instead and i'm glad I did. I ordered an XL this time and I can easily slip it over me without having to step into it now. The white tank also feels better material wise for some reason. Obviously because its larger it doesn't hide my gut as well as the Large black tank did - but i can easily wear it all day comfortably and it does still make me look slimmer. If you ask me, the white tank looks more like a regular tank then the black tank does as well. I've stopped wearing the black tank now, but i've put the white tank to good use. It seems to be very well made as well. I don't see any issues with the quality. It's also very easy to clean - I hand wash mine and then just hang it to try and its good to go again. My overall opinion is that this is an excellent tank - you may just need to do a little work to find one that fits you comfortably. If you're in the area of 6'0" and 205Lbs like me i'd recommend the XL!

At first I thought how am I getting it on then wondered how I'm getting it off. But I found the right technique for both and love this as my every workday undershirt. I don't have man boobs but when wearing certain materials my nips would slightly protrude enough for me to feel a little uncomfortable about it. My regular cotton under tees would help but just wanted something a bit more fitted. This undergarment took care of that very well. Some may have complained about too tight but I think that's what it's supposed to do at first you may feel it to be a smidge difficult to breathe but it's prolly cause you're not use to the pretty tight tight fit. I felt like a superhero cause of how tight it was. It also doesn't ride up and tucking in shirts can look very clean oppose to regular cotton under shirts which I used to use until this bad boy. It was a game changer. I wear large shirts regularly and that's the size I purchased. I also have a white one that I've been using for a couple of months. I hand wash and hang dry just so I don't risk messing up the the fit. It will stretch with consistent use but not to the point that is gets too loose. Wish the price was a bit cheaper but I use it 5 out 7 days a week so it's worth it. Also it won't make you appear slimmer although it may for some but it definitely will not make you look bigger. Personally I feel slimmer wearing it. Oh and it's also not noticeable under your shirts either, with certain materials you may see it slightly but not to the point of personal distraction.

I use them 7 days a week. They tend to last me 4 years. Great product when it comes to appearance and durability.

It is worth what you pay for it. Tight, tight, tight. Did I say tight. I got the XL and it should have been/is the right size. Once I figured out how to get in and out of this thing, it did what one would expect. Next issue is you will sweat like a pig. Soaked (and not just a little) through a shirt walking from the house to when the car a/c cooled it down. Spanx for men is more expensive, but a far better product, unless you live in Alaska and use it after October 1st.

The pros to this shirt are simple. It actually will help improve your posture when you wear it. The first day I slipped it on in my semi-cooled home and just went about my day as this magical piece of fabric forced my body into the correct position. I think I was even sore at the end of the night when I finally took it off and watched in dismay as my body slowly slumped back into its regular, arched pose. Unfortunately as I began wearing this magical garment I started realizing why I hate this thing so much. The cons are also quite simple. A few days later of strutting around in this magical bliss I made the unforgettable mistake of treating this as an under shirt, which it clearly is not. Within an hour of wearing this thing my body began to sweat like I have never felt before. I honestly thought I was sick as my body released buckets of sweat from every section of my torso. Another couple hours in I just couldn't take it anymore and I tried to escape this vile straight jacket. It just wouldn't let me go. My sweat somehow infused me to the fabric, as I yanked and pulled trying to remove myself from its silky grasp. I actually began to panic, from a shirt! I kept pulling and even at one point I thought I would just have to accept it, that it was now a part of me. My arms were sore, and my chest felt tight as it crushed me in its hold. “Help” I screamed, the room swelled around me as I almost gave up and crumpled to the floor. The end was near; I could feel it this time. And then I realized it was just a shirt, so I went to kitchen and grabbed some scissors and just cut it off of me and went about my day.

Wow! I love this shirt. I am fairly heavy (5'10", 220lbs) and wear XL shirts/48-inch suit coat. I ordered this in size XL. I was skeptical about the slimming/toning claim, especially the 5-inch thinner claim. There is no exaggeration in the manufacturer's boasting. Getting on was not difficult. You roll up the shirt and step into it before pulling it up and unrolling it. I had to bend my arms a bit to get it over my shoulder, but that was not hard. Once on, I forgot that I was wearing a shirt. It is like a second skin that is smooth and makes you look like you spend a lot more time at the gym then you do. The shirt was comfortable to wear and gave me better posture. It did not make me feel any warmer, like other compression clothes make me feel; it was not itchy or scratchy; and it did not cause pain or discomfort. Imperfections are shrunken and smoothed out, and your masculine torso is exaggerated in a great way. My man-boobs disappeared and my love handles were removed. The chest and flat abs that I work so hard for at the gym finally showed through. The shirts-length could extend far enough to cover my butt, but I stopped it just above and had the effect of slimming my paunch. This is a miracle shirt and I will definitely buy more. Seeing how great I look in the mirror and in my wife's eyes has inspired me to spend even more gym time so I can have this look naturally. I will post pics demonstrating the effect when I get the chance.

Very good product and very comfortable for a big guy. Highly recommended had it on all day and no issues.
