Trainee doctor here. I didn’t notice any difference after taking this. I would recommend Korean ginseng extract and regular walks over relying on supplements like this. I had been dealing with a chest infection for months, which prompted me to try this immune support supplement, but I couldn’t see any noticeable improvement. What worked for me was getting plenty of sunlight, regular exercise, and improving my diet with more greens and fibre.

Having researched into sports supplements I did not realize how important vitamins and minerals are when pushing my body to its max. I tried this product and am very pleased with the ability of it to keep my levels of strength and cardiovascular training high. I find it hard to restart training after being ill but since i have used this i have been hitting my goals each time I train. Good solid product.

I used a similar product which I can't find anymore. This one has more ingredients which is benificial to build your immunity and at a better price too! I can definitely see the difference in my immune system with these suppliments! They are quite big capsules, but very easy to swallow (and I usually struggle).

I found them easy to swallow and cannot believe the difference in my energy levels even in the first weeks. Sleeping better and waking more refreshed. Just what I needed
