Excellent back brace
Insurance declined hospital request for a back brace for a broken back. Amazon had this which was purchased. Not only was the size accurate, the durability, & comfort is amazing. Easy to wash & adjust There are metal & rigid plastic inserts which are comfortable & easy to place or remove. Mobility increased as pain decreased. The bands wrap around to secure the brace in place & this darned thing is very comfortable. This is a very good purchase. Money well spent.

Worth the money
Once I adjusted for my body, I found that it reduced my back pain. I already had a small backbrace but this one totally exceeds it. I have constant pain in my lower back and right hip so you can trust me when I say it helped a lot to straighten the lower back spine.

The brace is made of quality materials, fits great, the only problem is the metal in the back, it didn't help or feel good at all

I have had back pain for years and this is the best back brace I have owned. I did require surgery, so I am not using it now.

Great fit
Works great. Keeps my back straight. I don’t slouch as much. Size was PERFECT. Comfortable & almost feels like a corset at the same time. Stretch’s GREAT because I’m small & I was able to stretch it tightly to my size

Immediate shipment & excellent back support 💕
This is a “Four way adjustable brace, front measures 6” from top of hip bone to sternum. I Ordered small & was concerned it could be too long for my torso but, found it helps me focus on good posture and induces me to “strengthen my core” both critical for back issues. After wearing a few days it feels comfortable to wear and has resolved my lower back pain by preventing me from reverting back into old habits of bad posture! When fitting I Lift up my core and check my back brace alignment to my spine then close wide tabs in front next I pull both “laced Velcro straps” forward and down to the bottom of the brace crossing one over the other at an angle for my best support. Recommend wearing a T shirt underneath for added comfort then wear usual clothing over the brace. It doesn’t show except for a slight edge of the Velcro tab if crossing the ribboned pulls one over the other. I use all metal supports and do not wear it at night. LOVE IT🙏 Thank you! Great product, Very Well Made with strong attractive materials, looks like it will last !

Substantially Less Expensive but Just as Effective as the Doctor's Version
My better half has been wearing support belts for sciatica for I don't know how long and she has been getting her belts from the doctor's office - at a horribly inflated price. Even after insurance she was paying nearly $100 for a brace that's inferior to this $30 version. At least this one comes with quality velcro and side supports that can alternate between ABS or metal - all her others did not. Sizing seems spot on as she wavers between a medium and large and the large fits her perfectly. Better grab them before the price goes up!
