They fit both my son and husband fairly well. They didn't work well to hold my husband's headphones on, but helped to keep some water out.

I bought these for my daughter to help keep ear plugs in her ears when swimming at the lake. They didn’t help. It was a waste of money.

Need to be sized,otherwise good
There was not a size when I ordered so that I could select to fit my child's head. They were ok at first but after getting we they want to stretch some. I had to sew an extra piece of velcro on so that I could make it tighter. Once I did that they worked great and my daughter loves having the different options of which ones to wear.

Great protection
This band protected my incision after my craniotomy. It also kept my silicone ear plug in place while swimming. My neurosurgeon was impressed!
