Use for coating lapidary wheels
I have been using this diamond powder to resurface lapidary wheels. I tape a slow speed rotor on the end of my cabbing machine shaft, and recoat resin wheels in place with a mixture of diamond and epoxy resin sold for coating tumblers. A few months ago, I mixed too much so I cleaned an old expando rubber wheel and coated it just to see what happened. That turned out to be my most useful wheel. It takes about a week to harden enough to cut well, then it has to be broken in with very hard agate or obsidian before using. I have also touched up a nicked hard 80 grit wheel, and I’ve been using it for 3 months. I have a lot of old wheels so it will be a long time before I need to buy a new one, except I want rubber wheels for my other lapidary machines now.

Excellent product.. More versatile than paste or spray
I have bought several products from this company and have been very satisfied. I used these larger diamonds to create a lap for arkansas stones that works well. The finer grades can be applied directly to wood and rubberized for an excellent strop.
