I purchased this towards the end of August and due to traveling for work, I didn’t get around to opening it until day 31. Right off the bat, it did not work. When I press Start, the timer counts down but the vibration motor never engages. After about 10 seconds, the unit shuts itself off and announces “Bluetooth mode” out loud. I have tested it on a hard floor, tried all modes, reset the machine, and confirmed it is not connected to Bluetooth. The plate will not vibrate at all — it’s a complete motor or control board failure. I sent an email to customer service because this is supposed to be covered by a 1 year warranty. After a week, I heard back and they asked me to send them a video demonstrating my issues which I did. A week later, no reply, I wrote again using the original ticket number I was given and I reattached the video and 2 weeks passed with zero reply. I sent in a brand new email and still - no response. I have never experienced such poor customer service from an Amazon vendor. Being out almost $100 does not make me happy - and I am one of those people who will be sure to share my feedback far and wide.

I purchased this to help with lypodema and help me tone. At first I loved it because it felt great and actually liked the strength of the machine. I sadly learned that less is more and powerful isn’t the healthiest option. It is difficult to figure out how to keep the vibration level lower. I began to notice when I went to bed to sleep my entire body including my neck and head were still shaking days later which scared me. You have to be careful to Avoid injury (which can happen with power tools and other vibration equipment) if you’re not careful. The advertisements show the higher vibration plates as optimum which is misleading. This is not for use longer than 10 Mins a day and at a low gentle speed. I returned this one and ordered one that appeared to have lower settings to see if that would work better.

Started acting up right near the end of my return window. Requested a replacement but it wasn’t going to arrive for over a month so I cancelled it. It worked randomly for a few days after that and then quit working again after the window closed. Now it just does this and won’t stay on. I’ve tried it on different flooring and I’ve checked the cord. Nothing seems to keep it on.

I loved this. I didn’t notice any difference in weight or obvious changes but I liked how it felt. Hopped on it last night for my daily fix, hear a pop and then everything on it went dark. It literally stopped working. I plugged, unplugged and nothing. It was plugged into a multiple outlet with other devices and those were still working. After reading other reviews, I see this is a common issue. Looks like I’ll purchase another one, elsewhere. Shame.

I would like to write my honest review after about three months of use. I bought it in the begging of November. First of all, I did not have any issues with the cables or other technical aspects that some people complained about. However, I am definitely feeling worse physically. I did not overuse the vibration plate or use it irresponsibly. I used it three times a week for 10–15 minutes as a supplement to my year-round gym workouts, usually on program 1 or 3. After two months, I started feeling discomfort in my right hip. It became painful to sit cross-legged, practice yoga, or even sit normally. I stopped both my gym classes and the vibration plate. After a week of taking painkillers, I feel a little improvement. I cannot say with 100% certainty that my condition is caused purely by the vibration plate, but I know for sure that I had no issues before I started using it. For this reason, I strongly recommend speaking with a medical or fitness professional before purchasing this product. I would not buy it again if I had the chance.

Just got this thing today and I noticed this extremely Annoying low pitch noise, the type of noise that maybe a lot of people cant hear but if you have good hearing you will hear it. It's subtle but its a type of frequency that will drive you crazy. Tv on cant drown it out either

It’s too small you can’t really do all positions for max benefit it’s like child size I’m disappointed in myself for not keeping the box so I could return it. It’s like tween size kids. My child can’t even sit on it either without it tapping the touchscreen. It’s not worth it.

Really enjoyed this for a while. Had it for 1.5 years and then went to turn it on today and it went crazy started to have a weird sound and burning plastic smell tried turning it off showed powered off with remote still going had to unplug it to make it stop and just as it started to smoke. Given I used it maybe 3-4 times a week for a few months then would stop for a month or two because adhd and pick back up don't think I used it enough to have it nearly starting a fire for the price point.

I was quite unsure and kept thinking for weeks but I am happy with this purchase. Really helpful in cramps, aches and pains. Ease into it slowly and increase speed and time. It’s a full body rejuvenator.

Does the job well. Been using since 6 months. Works perfectly and is sturdy too.

Bin mit der Platte sehr zufrieden. Benutzte sie 2 bis 3 mal die Woche. Einfach zu bedienen, mit Fernsteuerung. Habe das Gefühl, daß meine Knie und Schultern auch davon profitieren. Und merke die innere Muskulatur wird besser. Ich bin begeistert
