I made banana pudding and each cup held a decent amount and was a great size for 1 serving. During transport, I put a sheet pan on top of one layer of cups and stacked the rest on top. The dome lids were strong enough to support the weight of the sheet pan AND the weight of the banana pudding cups. And trust me, the top layer was pretty heavy. I never realized how heavy dessert is. So if that doesn't speak to the integrity of the cups, I don't know what will. Since I had designs on top that needed the domes protection, I'm glad the cups and lids are sturdy. The lids also have an opening for straws or - in my case - cupcake/dessert toppers :D So if you don't want an opening on the lid, this one isn't for you.
