Good replacement
Our cord that came with the Facebook portal eventually came apart at the base of the portal so I bought this and it did work with the portal. It fit perfectly as it has the round plug as the original with the portal. I’m glad I found this product because my kids use the portal to talk to the grandparents all the time so we could not be without it.

Dont work
Tried it with my portal but doesnt work.Had to return it.

This does not come with the converter to allow you to use it with Facebook Portal
I received the product and thought that the adapter/converter was simply missing. I exchanged it. I received the new one today and again the converter is missing. Very deceiving.

Adapter piece missing
Product did not come with the adapter piece shown on the pictures..did same day delivery..was so excited to use now i dont know what to do.
