Ladybug Girl Book & Doll Set Hardcover – October 13, 2011

I ordered this book for my niece. It was her first birthday which also happened to be a lady bug theme! I love that this book has a series and I able to buy her different book for every birthday party she has :) the only thing I did not like was how little the doll was. its not really a toy. Its the size of a beanie baby. I just kept the doll and book in its box for more of a keep sake. I hope I can find a bigger doll so she can actually play with it and tote it around with her.. Over all its a awesome book set :)

So this was long over due, since I purchased it at least 4 years ago. But I have to say the Little Ladybug girl doll has held her own and stayed in wonderful condition over the years. I purchased this for my first granddaughter prior to her 1st birthday and now she just turned 5. It has been passed down to my other two grandchildren and they all love her whimsical story book that comes with it. Fun ready to engage the little ones.

The Ladybug Girl book and doll set from Amazon were the perfect thing for my 16 mo. old great niece who loves the Ladybug girl and all her adventures. She has a pair of rubber rain boots (not the same color) as Lulu and she marches around the house with her doll and book looking to discover new things as Lulu does. The Lulu doll is just like the pictures in the book and the book is one we had not seen before. Both the doll and book are good quality and seem to withstand frequent playful wear and tear. A great set for any child who loves the Ladybug Girl.

My granddaughter loves this series of books and she really liked getting the doll with her new book. It is the perfect size for a 2 yr old to carry around especially places like to church, a store, or Grammy's house. It fits into a purse or bag and is one of those fun quiet toys. My only regret is that it didn't come with a Bingo! She really loves the dog in the book too!

This turned out to be a really chaming little gift for my three yr old granddaughter....she loved it. My sister gave her another book as part of the series to this set, so she was really delighted. My granddaughter misses her pet dog who is no longer with the family, so the little dog in this story took the sting out of that situation. The doll is small, just perfect for a three yr old's hand, the stories available are enchanting. I liked the quality of the book as well, no thin pages or cover even though it's a paper back.

Ladybug girl is adorable-- her stories are great for the imaginative child. I was surprised how small the little dolly was... She is only a few inches tall... But still very cute. I paired this with some other "ladybug girl" board books and put them together as a gift for a little girls birthday.

This was a Christmas gift for a very active 4 yr old. She is beginning to read and I liked the idea of a doll to add to the story. This is also a series and that was a deciding factor to build her interest in reading.

Very cute set but I wouldn't call this a doll. It's very small, You can hold it in your hand, not something a little girl could cuddle up with at night.

Going to give it as a gift...looks great!

Book is super small and so is the doll. Thought the doll would have been just a bit bigger.
