The Dermatologist recommended using this to alleviate symptoms I had. I was skeptical at first, because I do NOT have dandruff, and didn't think it would do anything. Much to my surprise, it has cleared things up, and I still use this product every day to relive scalp irritation. Not sure which ingredients make it soft and good, but it works great!

Had realized I was getting trial-sized bottle of shampoo for the bargain basement price of just under $6, I would NEVER have purchased this. The audacity is just overwhelming. But I'm the one who was in a hurry and just grabbed the lowest price item in the formula I wanted. Priced, I'm sure, for the poor folks traveling by airplane.

This was described as a pack of 12 but I was sent only one bottle. I should have realised from the price that it wasn't a genuine sale. I haven't bothered disputing it because it would cost me more to return it to the USA than it cost me. Beware of prices that seem too good to be true - they probably will be!
