I’ve been taking these capsules and really like them. I feel it does the job for me, and it’s easy to incorporate into my daily routine. A solid herbal supplement overall.

If the doeses in individual pills were what is the usual functional dose then I would give it 5 starts, however the bottle recommends only one a day and that simply is not enough to get actual results. If you look up how much horny goat weed or ashwagandha you need, the actual recomended doses vs compared you get 1000mg horny goat weed vs the 250mg on the bottle, and 400mg ashwaganhda vs 90mg on the bottle. I just take 4-5 pills at a time. HOWEVER one thing to point out about myself. I'm used to excessive amounts of caffeine like 600mg so like 3 ghosts. I also drink like 4 liters of water per day, and I'm also a 220lbs man. So I would still start with 2 pills to judge how you react before the 4-5 that I do.

I will not say this product is bunk as others seem to have had good results. I will share my negative experience with this however. I had been getting ashwagandha blend of another brand that made me feel great, was doing better at the gym, felt clear mentally, and had more energy. Figured I would try this since it had good reviews and seen other benefits of horny goat weed. The second day after I stopped my other blend and started taking this, I had an awful headache, felt completely drained, and was in a terrible mood. I figured this would be the case to let my body adjust so I kept taking it. 3 miserable weeks later and I was still feeling awful in my body and exhausted. I would go to the gym and my body felt like it had poison in it. I stopped taking this, switched back to my other blend and now my headaches have gone away and starting yo get my energy back again.

Took me about two days to start feeling the energy boost. Definitely noticed an increase in energy and strength in my workouts. Also felt myself more aggressive then normal which I wasn’t wild about. One thing I did notice is it seemed like after 45ish days the effects weren’t as noticeable. Not sure if I should do one week on or one week off, etc. haven’t tried this product since July or so, looking to try again at the beginning of the new year

Good quality and helps with the energy when you need it. Don't take more than recommended, could cause headache.

Around a week and a half of trying this, I have started to feel a little more energy and a shorter libido turnaround of a month to a week. I'll keep trying this to see if it really brings back both energy and libido. No harm in giving this a try just give it time to take effect.

A bit more powerful than the seamoss version different ingredients but more stronger make sure you are working out that day.
