As Intended
And more, of course...The bug flour works the same as "regular" cooking flour (due to my usage 🤫), and also... PROTEIN!! Whatever happened in the "USA", for neglecting the edible usage of bugs that are always surrounding us...? ← Just a little rant, of course. 😅 But really... "escargots" 🐌 are pretty much the *only* available edible bugs in pretty much *any* grocery store (in my local area). 🤔Anyway, this product works wonders. When trying to find any more in this food company ("In Insect Nutrition") on this website... this product is the *only* one I could find, here... so I *hope* y'all will add more bug stuff pretty soon!!And the packaging is *so* nice... including the phrases: "better diet" and "better planet". ← So, my parts 🤠 better take notice from products like these, and *go with it*. 😉🥳️

Great protein powder
I've used cricket bars in the past but I tend to eat them too quickly. So I got this powder and mix it into my shakeology nutrition shake on workout days. I really am happy with it.

Arrived within 2 days
The odor is a bit pungent but once mixed with other ingredients, it was fine. My dog enjoyed the homemade biscuits.

Strong flavor
I really tried to have an open mind when trying this, but the flavor is too much for me. I added HALF the recommended dose a batch of pancakes and they were difficult to eat. I am not a picky eater. Reviews on other cricket flours mentioned a barnyard taste and I can see what they mean. Also a slightly singed flavor. Yes, I did get a hint of the advertised "nutty" flavor as well. Furthermore, it adds a slightly gritty texture. On the plus side, I had no problems digesting the cricket flour. It's not totally horrible, so I can see it being used in a health smoothie that you just gulp down while ignoring the taste. It's possible there are foods that hide the flavor better; I haven not tried it in a savory dish yet. But pancakes? Cookies? Come on.
